Better known in English as the International Contemporary Art Fair, the FIAC boasts a long history of exhibiting contemporary art to the international community. As the face of contemporary art has changed and grown, so, too, has this one-of-a-kind art fair. This year, the FIAC will bring together 197 galleries, originating from 29 different countries.
Each year the historic Grand Palais and Petit Palais are adorned with the FIAC’s stunning entries. An astonishing feat of architecture itself, the Grand Palais, with its cascading overhead natural light, will draw attention to the finest in painting, sculpture, installations, photography, videos, live performances, and digital arts.
The FIAC is unique, too, because all galleries are peer-selected, ensuring innovative and stimulating contemporary offerings. These committee members possess a thorough knowledge of and experience in the wider art markets – both local and global.
